Conditions of Business

1. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS. Your material must be of a reputable nature. We reserve the right to reject any material at our discretion. Unallowable material includes anything of an illegal nature, pornography, racism, hate material, sacrilegious content, or other materials that All Write deems unacceptable.

2. ALTERATIONS. We make no illegal alterations to documents, including but not limited to legal, certified, trademarked, or copyrighted material.

3. PRICING. Editing and proofreading jobs require a deposit to be paid upon acceptance. The balance is due upon completion. Creative projects costing more than $1,500 can be divided into thirds, with one-third due upon job acceptance, the second third due upon delivery of the first draft, and the balance due upon job completion.

4. DISCOUNTS. Long term agreements (companies or individuals who retain our services on a cyclical basis) receive a 15 percent discount. A monthly service charge of $25 will be added to all accounts over 30 days.

5. PROOFS. Proofs shall be submitted and returned marked "O.K." or "O.K. with corrections" and signed by client.

6. CLAIMS. Claims for defects must be made by the client within a period of thirty (30) days after delivery of a completed job. Liability is limited to stated selling price, and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits.
